Update: Gmail service has already been restored for some users, and they expect a resolution for all users in the near future

Update: Due to a malfunction in Google services, Email integration with Gmail mailboxes can stop from synchronizing with SysAid.
This incident has been resolved.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
Update: Some customers on US INST 04 and 64 are experiencing performance degradation
Some customers on US INST06 are experiencing Email integration service disruptions. We are currently investigating this issue
