On August 20th, 2024, at approximately 1:00 AM (GMT+3), we experienced a service disruption affecting our US Instances 64 and 04. This disruption prevented all clients on those instances from logging tickets through the admin portal and, in some cases, logging into the system through the Self Service Portal. The issue was resolved at 10:00 AM (GMT+3), and full functionality was restored.
