We anticipate that SysAid will be unavailable for up to 4 hours within the specified maintenance window.
Technical information: We will upgrade our DB Servers in the EU. During the upgrade, all the environments in the EU will be down (15,16,17,18,21). Also, sysaidgateway in the EU will be down, also affecting on-premise customers using the EU gateway. Functionalities that rely on the GW, such as add-ons will be interrupted.
