SysAid - Scheduled maintenance – Maintenance details

Maintenance Details: Date: February 9th, Time: 4:00 AM UTC During this maintenance window, the SysAid product will undergo necessary updates and enhancements to improve its functionality and provide you with a better experience. We anticipate that SysAid will be unavailable for up to 5 hours within the specified maintenance window.

Technical information: We will upgrade our MySQL to version 8 in the US. During the upgrade, all the environments in the US and Canada will be down (03,04,05,06,64,67,68). Also, sysaidgateway in the US will be down, also affecting on-premise customers using the US gateway. Functionalities that rely on the GW, such as add-ons will be interrupted.
