Technical information: We will upgrade the Aurora cluster in the EU. During the upgrade, all the environments in EU will be down (15, 16, 17, 18, 21). Also, sysaidgateway in the EU will be down, also affecting regions PR and FR and on-premise customers using the EU gateway. Functionalities that rely on the GW, such as addons will be interrupted.
